Home Workout: Bigger butt without squats
There are many way to achieve the desired outcome of a bigger butt. This is a workout I put together that wonderfully gives results within days. I would practice this routine 3-4 times a week. You may extend or shorten the length of my workout by adding more or less reps. I recommend that you start off slow and easy, working up your stamina as you improve. Kundalini Yoga: Throat Chakra
A Throat Chakra imbalance can lead to a deep sense of not knowing how to express yourself with integrity.
